I'm using Dragon professional 11 with Window-Eyes 7.2, and I'm doing it with what I would term tremendous success. I have no problem getting read back to me the text that I've dictated, and rarely do the two programs bang heads and cause real difficulty. In short, in my humble and perhaps not so well informed opinion, it can indeed be done with a good bit of finesse and you can achieve solid successes.
