Marvin, Yes; this appears to be a bug, and we can reproduce it.

I expanded the node and arrowed to default layout. I arowed to browse mode and pressed enter to load content. I pressed f6 to open the content pane and was presented with the user window guide. In the default layout area each item loads user window keys. I tried the laptop layout guide and it seems to be working properly. I got the same results on two computers.
