Jim,
The cursor blink rate setting lets you tell Window-Eyes how rapidly, in
milliseconds, the cursor must blink in order for Window-Eyes to treat it
as one. Most cursors blink at 100 mS, and this is the default. Change
this value if you are using a program that uses a cursor which blinks at
a different speed.
