because it describes what it is and what it does better then set file manager. ok lets say you get sets from your friend john. you put them where they need to be. now are your set files going to show up in the dialog under consideration. no only the ones provided buy the factory are going to show up here. so hence the name factory settings. change is hard for some but I am sure they will get used to this minor alteration.

suggest that GW change the name for factory settings back to set file
manager since that is what it is.  Why they changed the name to factory
