strange, it's always worked for me, it's gotten me out of countless
situations where the reader has just locked up and I would have
otherwise had to restart. the actual batch file does tend to stay open
when I use it but just alt-spacing and hitting close solves that.

I am really surprised to hear the kill script works for you; I have vista,
and found it did not work, and was told it only worked on xp?

Subject: window-eyes not closing after exit
Hi,
I've noticed that, for some reason, when I exit window-eyes, it doesn't exit
all the way. I get the, window-eyes is already running, message. I have no
speech but I know that's what it is because I pressed the shortcut key to
activate window-eyes again. I've got we 7.5 beta 1 but this happened in 6.2
and happens on both my desktop and laptop which both run win 7 enterprise 64
bit. Does anyone else have this problem? I have to execute the quick quit
key, control insert f 4 to get window-eyes fully shut down, or use the kill
script.
