I am using Window-Eyes 7.5 Beta, Windows XP SP3, and a Braille Sense QWERTY. I disconnect the Braille Sense often because I use it in a variety of ways. This time, when I reconnected the braille display, it started working only in the Window-Eyes Control Panel. When outside the panel, it wasn't active. Reloading Window-Eyes didn't help. I finally reinstalled Window-Eyes, and things are working properly again. Has anyone experienced this? I'm hopeful it is a one-time fluke. I know it is best to change the Braille Display to None when one is not connected. Thanks. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
