You do not need to buy that.
>From your desktop right click on the start menu
Choose open in windows explorer
Find what you wish to burn, and right click on it
Choose copy or copy to c d / d v d
When finished still in explorer go to the c d / d v d player and right click
and choose burn to disk, and follow the prompts for settings and etc.

Windows 7 built in a great c d / d v d burner and it works great I use to
copy d v d's and many other things.
