Without much sight, it will be very difficult. 
It's a video editor software, there's timeline, 2 video windows for viewing
and seeing the result before and after, effects and most and not all of them
are visually driven.
It might have tooltip for most options but its still be difficult for you to
drop this frame or this range of frame to other timeline, drag the audio
from this end to another.

Then again, if you got some sight, with the aidd of window-eyes, you should
do well with this program.
