Hi Sandra, I'm sure this is on a page you can google for, but here are the critical pieces of info: incoming mail server: mail.comcast.net outgoing mail server: smtp.comcast.net do not choose to login using secure password authentication (this will be a checkbox. you will have to find a tab for the outgoing server, there should be a checkbox which says "my outgoing server requires authentication", and you should check it. this then activates a radio button, which lets you set it to "use same settings as my incoming server". finally, you need to set the port numbers for each server: incoming: 110 outgoing 587: do not set either to use a ssl connection. hth, Chip
