I saved it to disk then ran the install with my anti virus turned off.

Don, When you downloaded WE 7.5 did you open it up and load it directly into your OS or did you save to disk first. I have had good results by Saving to Disk first then shutting everything down including antiviruses and other programs in the background except the speech.
