Had a similar problem; jus ttook the file out of the downloads directory of the other machine and installed on to the second one.
GW.com also came up with a message that I had\exceeded the maximum number of downloads against my serial number, even though it did not download. I suspect a server overload problem or similar. When I attempted the download from this machine a few minutes ago I receive the following error: 550 CWD failed. "/upgrades/.................../we75upgrade.exe": directory not found. The dots are a replacement for a path that appears to in part contain my serial number. I will copy the upgrade file from my other computer, but thought some one might want to know about this. -Len If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
