Hi Steve,
Control-Shift-N did the trick, so no more hop skip and jump.

Tom,
This really depends on how well the web form was designed. You might try
the field name and field data hot keys, accessed by Control-Shift-N and
Control-Shift-D, respectively. Additionally, make sure the browser
window is maximized.

Steve

Hi GW Micro,
When filling in forms on the Internet, you come across many websites
where the edit fields don't speak.
When you Tab through them all it says is Edit.
This means you have to keep going in and out of Browse mode to read what
is being asked.
Is there a keystroke which you can use which will read what they want
you to enter in the edit box without having to keep jumping in and out
of Browse mode all the
time.
Using the down arrow while in the edit box doesn't work.
Tom.
