Hi Sandra: I can't help you with your issue of Nortan simply because I don't use it. I used to use Nortant 2002 years ago but, that was when I had a desktop. I have Viper but, I don't like it because it thinks that some of the programs I use, even though they are harmless, Viper thinks they are viruses, and there not! My advice to you is to get a different virus protector and uninstall Nortan. Nortan has become very difficult to use over the years and it just gets worse. Might I suggest Microsoft security esentuals?
