Hi list, In my atempt to get my read to end command working again I uninstalled a couple of programs from my machine. How do I uninstall WebVisum? I cannot find it in the control panel.
Seccondly: I'm sorry if I'm repeating myself. I'm really desperate for help. This is my spects: Acer NoteBook, Windows 7, 64 bit. Using firefox with WebVisum. WE 7.5. Members, please, please. Is there somebody wh who can help me? My problem goes like this: My read to end command works fine for a while. However, if I do tasks like going on the internet and open emails in gmail etc. my RTE command stops working. I cannot predict how long the key will function on a given time. It may function for an hour or maybe shorter. I'm desperate. i uninstalled all programs beginning with acer, with the exeption of the Acer Recovery program. I took everything off. However, my read to end command still not work propperly. I even tried to use the remote asistance to contact GWMicro, but we think that the University of Stellenbosch where I'm studdying, prevents a connection like that. I also cannot phone Steve because I only get money next week in order to buy airtime. Steve from GwMicro thinks the only solution is that I send my machine to them or a simular one to them. I live in South Africa and cannot send my machine. People, I'm begging for help. My next step is to uninstall WebVisum but I don't know how. Maybe I'm too upset but I'm just wondering if the competition also have issues like this or is their program more stable? How come that WE does something like this?
