It's sometimes difficult to find something good to say about Freedom
Scientific, but one nice thing they do for their customers is that they keep
old versions of JAWS for Windows on their web site in case they are needed
in the future.

Hi, we cannot provide older version updates. So your current 7.2 upgrade file you have is the only one available. If you go to www.gwmicro.com/update and type in your serial number it will generate an update for the most current version which is now 7.5. If you are entitled to that update, you can download it. If not, you will need to contact [email protected] to purchase the update to 7.5. and then you can download it.

Many thanks.

Hi everyone,

A month or so ago I lost my computer to a literal power supply crash and
burn. It melted something on the back of my hard drive along with
messing up the mother board. I just got the computer back with a new
hard drive and mother board and power supply. However, needless to say,
everything was lost. But I had just backed up everything on that
computer just a couple of weeks before the burn up happened. Except I
can't find the WE 7.2 fix that came out last August, 2010. I only have
the 7.2 upgrade prior to the last August release. Can someone please be
so kind as to send me a copy of that last 7.2 update?

Thank you very much in advance.
