Dave,
Control-Backslash takes you to the Window-Eyes control panel which has
nothing to do with the Windows equivalent. Go to Start, Settings, then
Control panel if you're using the classic menus, or just Start, Control
Panel if you aren't. Once open, go to Date and Time.
FYI, we have always kept the Window-Eyes settings separated from Windows
itself. This has not changed.
