Hi, Don. I think when you are hearing Window-eyes start up during the reboot process Window-eyes is announcing at the log on screen. If you recall, it was mentioned somewhere that when updates are installed under Windows Vista, that a different voice for the log on screen would speak. If anybody can explain why that happens I'm all ears, smile.
