I found it totally unaccessible and I've uninstalled it along with
Norton and a couple of other Toshiba add ons. They didn't help me at
all when they were around and the only thing I've noticed since
uninstalling them is that they don't pop up with nothing I could read
to annoy me when I'm doing other things.
