I use Winamp Light and have no problems playing OGG files.
Try going into the Preferences and under File Types, select the All File Types
option.

I have some ogg files that win amp will not play.
I thought the default install of win amp would play these files.
Old versions did play them and I tried windows media and they played with no
trouble.
I am running win amp light, should I use win amp full or something.
