No, I don't understand what I am supposed to be doing.

I have found the word add in called Windows helper but I can't figure out
how to add GW as a trusted publisher. I see the add in in the add in list.
I have turned off semantic and reinstalled the 7.5.1 and I have done a
repair on my office 2010 I have run the mal ware utility and have no
detections.
You sent me a link he sent me a link and I am no closer to figuring out how
to add a trusted publisher.
Ron said that the artical says that the easyest way to add a trusted
publisher is to get a certificate and add it to office.
You said that WE was acting up because it was not a trusted publisher. I
sent that message to Ron and round and around we go.
I have a new symptom to report
On a new start of the computer.
Open Word 2010 and it opens maximized and I hear document one micro soft word custome control. If I press the alt key to get to the ribbon i hear ribbon ribbon property page. Now minimize the word application and open another session of word and it opens minimized, I hear document two micro soft word page one of one, column one of one print layout document two. When the alt key is pressed I hear home alt h. like you should. Why would opening an additional session of Word make a difference. Now if I close both instances of Word and open it again at document one I hear document one micro soft custome controll and pressing alt gets home alt H. I have no clue what is happening here. The first sympton is what started this entire conversation. and the answer was to make GW a trusted publisher.

Shannon,

I'm not certain what I'm supposed to do with this information. Were you
able to resolve the issue with the Word addin?

Steve
