If you have Window-Eyes 7.5, then press Windows-G to open our AppGet interface. Press Control-F to initiate a find, and type "hourly chime." Open the category item that results, down-arrow to Hourly Chime, and press Enter to install it.

You can also find it from the following App Central link: https://www.gwmicro.com/App_Central/Apps/App_Details/?scriptid=1083

Click the download link, run the file, and follow the prompts. Instructions for using Hourly Chime are available on its web page and in the newly created Hourly Chime pulldown in the Window-Eyes Apps menu.
