Klango, and Steve's talking clock are two separate programs. Is there a demo of this ap?

Ok. Pardon my stupidity, but, what is this hourly chime you guys are talking
about and what is this for?

No stupidity involved at all. This GW Micro is here to help people and to answer questions.

The hourly chime is an apt which when installed, automatically announces the time on the hour. You have your choice of West Minster Chimes, or a voice, either man's or woman's announcing the time on the hour. I personally prefer the man's voice.

Why not just use Steve's talking clock, or
Klango for a clock?

I am not familiar with those to products. Are they apts or separate programs?

I am new to using Apts and am very happy with the two that I have tried so far, the hourly chime and the one that beeps to let you know that things are being downloaded, or uploaded.

As I said, sorry for not following the thread here. If
it seems i am trying to slam down an ap, I'm not. I just am askinga question
