I just had the same experience with Firefox 5 when I was on the NLS site trying to look at the new books that were uploaded. If I used the arrow keys to read, which of course is cumbersome, it was fine. But use the l and the H to scroll through links and headings, I would end up on the top of the page. * am using we 7.2
