Maybe a small tweak here. At least on my keyboard it works. If you want to
save your fingers from twisting with a three-key command, use your
right-hand Alt-key. It is located immediately to the right of the space bar,
on a full-sized keyboard. Using this key, in combination with the four
arrow-keys, will perform the same voice-rotors, as will the Alt-Ctrl-Arrow
commands. Again, this works on my keyboard, but can't tell if it works
on all keyboards. Still worth a try, as you now can do your voice-rotations
with only one hand. I.e, put your right thumb on the Right-Alt key, and use
your Index finger or the like on the four arrow keys.

Use the control alt rotors. Ctrl alt left for volume tone pitch and rate,
ctrl alt right for screen keyboard mouse and all. ctrl alt Up and down,

I'm recording the next episode of my podcast and want to slow down
the speech for it as people typically do, however I was wondering is
there a way to quickly change speech rate on the fly? Like without
having ot change any configurations.
