I updated to iTunes 10.4 and have noticed a few quirks that I hope might be fixable through an update to the iTunes app. I really like the change to the layout with the columns for the various categories starting right after the sources column, but now the column headers no longer read until you up and down arrow through them. For example, in the music section, if you tab once, you get to the list of tracks which read fine, but then you get to the column for genres and all you hear is "list box" until you down arrow to the first item. Then, if you up arrow back to the top of the column, you hear all x number of genres as you should hear. It is the same for all columns for all categories. The second minor issue I've noticed is something that seems to pop up a lot after an itunes update and is usually fixed by the next app update. Window Eyes seems to get stuck reading previous items instead of the item you are currently on or reading other information from other columns instead of the item you are on. The third, which I personally find to be the most annoying is that the ability to delete items from columns other than the individual track list seems to be gone. So, if one wants to delete an entire audiobook or album or artist, one has to delete each track or part of the book individually rather than being able to go to the appropriate column and delete whatever group you want to delete. I listen to a lot of books and like to be able to delete books with two or more parts all at once. It isn't that it is a massive amount of extra effort to delete each section, it is just annoying to have a step backwards in convenience. I just really liked having the ability to delete everything in a particular album, by a particular artist, or even in an entire genre in one single step. I don't know if this last one is something that the app can restore though since I don't know if it is something that Apple took out completely or simply something that changed and messed up the interaction between the app and iTunes.

Anyway, I haven't used the new version much yet, so there may be other quirks and issues, but these are the ones I noticed after a couple of times changing the contents of my Nano.

Regards,

Chris
