Hello Don,
Starting with Outlook 2007, Microsoft forces the program to use Word to
view all emails, including those written in HTML. There is no way to
change this behavior. If you have the Outlook Enhance app installed
(which comes as part of Window-Eyes 7.5.1) you can press Alt-0 while an
HTML message is open to cause it to be displayed in your web browser.
Regards,
Steve

Hi Folks:
Using we latest version and office 2007.
when using xp pro and outlook express, theemail would speak when
opened, that was great. Also, the links in the mails were quite easy
to understand as a link.
However, in outlook and using office 2007, if that is important, when
I open an email, no audio, only as i down-arrow will we speak the line
Also, the link is not as a link, but, it speaks entering hyper link
field and exiting hyperlink field.
Ok, the link works ok, but, is there anyway to auto speak the email
info and can I get it just to say link rather then entering hyper link
field
thanks
Don
