Hello I also have the same problem. It happens when outlook03 invokes a sound. It seems like window eyes and outlook cannot use the sound card at the same time. Edward

I type a message and the voice stops sometimes the whole email program locks up and sometimes I can hit send and the email I wrote will go through. This happens both in windows mail on my desktop vista home basic computer and on my Dell laptop that has windows 7 professional. On the desktop I use windows live mail and also outlook 2007. I see that this happens even more when I try to reply to a facebook group mail. Note, I continuously keep the system and the window-eyes aplication updated so everything should be current.
