The Eloquence app was preventing We from speaking. When I unloaded it, downloaded a new copy, and re-installed it, WE has become more stable. Now I am running into a similar problem where the Eloquence app is not staying on. This is happening both on an XP pro and Windows 7 64 bit edition PC. My two computers are using UK English Justin. Changing to US English Reid doesn't correct this issue. Vic
