Hi, I found the same issues with the survey using Firefox. I couldn't even go back and see what I had chosen because everything then was changed. I'm told that the survey works better with internet explorer. I wish someone had said so in the first place!! I simply did the best I could and left it at that. I was very disappointed in the format and in the way the survey was written.
