Jeff,
As of Outlook 2007, Microsoft forces you to use Word as the mail viewer.
This unfortunately cannot be changed. However, if you are running
Window-Eyes 7.5.1, you can press Alt-0 while inside an HTML message to
cause it to open inside Internet Explorer.
