Casey,

This, as you can imagine, is not typical behavior. Until we release our next update to Window-Eyes 7.5, we recommend staying with TB 3.1.12.

Which antivirus program do you have installed? Does turning it off and/or temporarily disabling Window-Eyes apps improve the stability of Thunderbird?

Regards,
Steve

Hi hea ris what is going on.
This morning I started up my computer for the beginning of the day.
After I loaded I went to my desktop ant and opened thunder bird and the n it
asked me.
If I would allow this program to make changes to my computer.
I told it no.
then window-eyes would then not seem to read anyting in that program or
anything on my computer.
So I had to load NVDA and use my computer that way.
I wasn’t able to show down window-eyes either.
I had to restart my computer again.
but everytime I went and opened thunder bird it asked me if I wanted to update
it or allow it to make changes to my computer.
So I finally and maybe it was the wron thing to do.
But I said yes ths last time and it still made window-eyes not respond to
anything.
So is this a current issue with window eyes or do I have to uninstall
window-eyes and reinstall it again?
Or is there an update to window-eyes that I just haven’t gotten yet?
I am using windows seven 64 bit machine.
Window-eyes version 7.51 so can you please give me some advice as what this is
and how to correct it.
I for now am using windows live mail to avoid this problem until it gets
straighten out.
this only pahhens when I open thunderbird first and then window-eyes flakes out.
this only started today.
I have been using thunderbird 3.12 wich until this morning worked just fine.
