Hello Dave,
There is no easy way to do this. We include the suport for each
synthesizer and braille display which Window-Eyes recognizes so that you
can change to any of them at any time without having to re-install
Window-Eyes. Besides, each driver is very, very small (approximately
300K on average). If you want to switch among frequently used
synthesizers, you might give the Voice Rotor app (included with
Window-Eyes 7.5) a look.
