ATnT tool bar

My wife has the ATnT tool bar in her user profile and when I log in and 
bring up internet explore in my user profile I loose speech.  If I load IE 
with win eyes unloaded, and then reload it once the page is loaded wineyes 
works until I click on a link then I loose speech once again. After musing 
around on my home page which is ATnT yahoo I can locate this tool bar. There 
is a icon to make changes to the tool bar, but I click on it I loose speech 
once again. How can I solve this problem? XP home with latest version of win 
eyes.
