It's very simple. Microsoft has a thousand programmers continually changing things. And even if they're willing to work closely with GW on what's going on GW doesn't have a thousand programmers to stay on par with everything Microsoft is continually changing; not to mention all the other companies they have to work with and programs they have to try to keep Window-Eyes working with. It's amazing that they're able to do as well as they do given what they have to deal with in a continually changing environment.
