Ok, this has come up before, and I will say this. Gwmicro is working like they should on the items. I understand that needing access to programs is a big part of a blind persons computer life, but really is it nessary to keep on with this? IE nine has different things that are differently encoded into the structor of the program, along with teh direct 2 d rendering, and other things using UIA it is well worth the time and effort that gwmicro is putting into the making of window eyes. The browse mode issue is one of them When Browse mode is revamped, then the support that people are wanting will appear in the browsers. Would you want a shotty product like the fish? or a stable Rock Solid product like window eyes? Answer that one! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Neville" <[email protected]> To: "GW Micro" <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, September 17, 2011 6:48 PM Subject: Re: FW: Future of W.E and Windows 8 concerns
GW Micro often claim they work closely with companies such as Microsoft and Mozilla but I often wonder if this arrangement is quite one sided because it does notn show up in practice. For example, IE 9 was released but it is still not very accessible using the latest version of WE. Mozilla's latest versions of Thunderbird and Firefox are in the same boat. So, where is the co-operation? Neville. If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
