Hi,
This email is primarily directed toward Chip, sorry Chip, I lost your
email. I am running word 2010 and noticed that the word advanced
features ap, when installed, seems to be slowing down word's
responsiveness. No, not as bad as it was when Steve and I worked on it
last week, but there's a noticable lag, about half a second, maybe a
quarter of a second. I deduced the problem by uninstalling the 3
word-related aps and found it to be the word advanced features one. I'm
not sure what to do or how to troubleshoot the issue. It happens on both
my computers though, they are both running win7 64 bit and WE 7.5.1. For
now I have the ap removed. Any thoughts are welcome.
