Hello Debra,
When your cursor is over the link to the file, you should be able to
press the Application key to bring up a context menu, choose "Save
Target As," and download the file. Alternatively, you can try pressing
Insert-Numpad Plus to route your mouse to the focused element followed
by Numpad-Star to execute a right click, choose "Save Target As," and
download the file.
