Hi: Same thing here. Also, on some pages when I can get to links with the
cursor and they dont work I try to get the mouse to the cursor, route mouse
to cursor but that gives me the same thing you are talking about. The mouse
reads some of the page then the 100 percent thingy and then nothing and I
cant get the mouse to the cursor. So, ya, I have run into that in full as
you mentioned and in part as I described.

I have this issue all the time and am not sure why.
I'll go a web sight like google and it says 100 percent. Yet when I tab
around or arrow up and down it says nothing. I'll do a refresh, same
thing.
The only way I can kill i.e is go to the task manager and dump it.
Anyone else have this issue?
