You can use it under Windows with WE yep, the problem is that you can't use the boot module as far as I know.
To explain further, suppose you run into difficulty and your Windows system won't boot, Windows System Restore now has a "Boot" module that comes up before the system boots which enables the user of the system to go back to a previous restore point in order to do some trouble shooting and try and sort out the problem, boot the system and so on. It is true! Windows System Restore for Windows 7 has improved and progressed in leaps and bounds but I still prefer the third party utility called Rollback which does what System Restore does and a lot more, is far more accessible and a person without sight has a damn good chance - if they know their computer well enough - to access the "Boot" modeule of Rollback before Windows boots to revert to a previous snapshot of a system if need be, been using Rollback here for what, 6 years?
