Unfortunately, no. This is a known problem that many people experience who use on-board sound cards from companies like Realtech. The drivers, for whatever reason, are quite unstable and sometimes crash outright. Since Window-Eyes also happens to be using the card to output its speech, it can seem like this is something being caused by the screen reader. However, this issue is beyond our control and must be fixed by whomever makes your sound card. I would suggest going to the manufacturer's website and installing the latest driver package they have available. While it may not fix the problem, it may mitigate the chances of it happening again.
