Richard,
Make sure the window is maximized and that the Office 2007 sets are
installed. You can do this by going to File/Factory Settings from within
Window-Eyes. If neither solution works, install the WEDiag app from App
Central, and while you are in Outlook, press Control-Alt-Q to generate a
diagnostic report we can investigate.
