Chad,

You have your machine set to show the desktop as a web page. To fix this,

1. Navigate to the Desktop with Windows-D.
2. Press Control-Space to make sure nothing is selected.
3. Press Shift-F10 to open the Desktop's context menu, and choose Properties.
4. Move to the Desktop Tab.
5. Click the Desktop button.
6. In the dialog that opens, select the Web tab, and make sure all of the pages listed are unchecked.
7. Close the windows.

Regards,
Steve

Hello,

My xp machine running the latest update to window-eyes is doing something
strange.

When on the desktop I can not shift tab to the system tray. When I do this
twice it appears as if I am on a webpage and the arrows produce only top and
bottom as commands on the page.

I have to do windows key D to get back to the desktop. When I start up
Window-eyes it says desktop but when arrowing around nothing is there. If I
do a windows key here it brings up the desktop.

Any idea what is going on?

Thanks

Chad
