Hello List members.

Has anyone found a source within
Audible to whom to complain about problems accessing the library?

When I raised the more general problem of Audible and Window-eyes some
months ago, the feedback was that the problem is
Audible's to solve.

Just tried again today to see if there is any progress and no joy.

Like all retailers, Audible happily takes the money but if blind people
cannot easily access what we have bought, (a fact which only comes to light
after the purchase) then we must surely have some rights to either get
refunds or to expect a solution.

However: knowing that Gw Micro is well aware of the difficulties - is
there any progress at GW's end, or is there a code of silence about future
enhancements?

Thanks.

Vaughan.'
