Michelle,

If you continue to have problems with AIM, you might also be interested in Miranda IM from www.miranda-im.org. Its chat interface will likely be more what you are used to with WLM, and it supports multiple communication protocols-- including AIM. An app with audio setup instructions is also available at http://www.gwmicro.com/apps/Miranda_IM.

If you prefer to continue using AIM, you might want to contact the app's author as he may be able to better help you use it.

Regards,
Steve

Hi everyone,

Michelle here,

I am now forced to use AIM since our National Relay Service NRS for Deaf, Deafblind Dno longer can use Windows Live Messenger. I am having browsmode issues with aim, when I want to use the text box to enter text I have to turn brows mode off and on. Yes, I am using the latest AIM app. WE is also loosing focus on this programme. The reason I liked WLM is that there were very few key combenations to use just TAB round the screen from the text and the screen you want to read..

Any ideas how to fix this issue? Have WindowsVista, WE7.5.2 BrailleConnect32 Braille Display all apps up to date.

Regards

Michelle Stevens
