Andre, Please use the Window-Eyes key insert-C when Outlook is opened. This will bring up the Window-Eyes Outlook calendar which will make life easier.

Outlook seems like it is the best option for me right now. Can someone tell me the settings that I need to have set to optomize windoweyes 7.5.2, Windows 7, and Microsoft outlook 2007?
