I have also seen this a few times since upgrading to 7.5.2. I've actually crashed with ie 8 and Window-eyes 7.5.2 more than I did before. I'm using Windows 7, 64-bit, but I was using the 32-bit version of ie 8 when I crashed. My last crash was just going to google so I could do a search. But it was clearly ie 8 that had crashed, not Window-eyes. But I couldn't shut it down, not even through the task manager. I think I've done more rebooting since moving up to Windows 7 than I did in all my previous years of computing. Sheesh!
