Hi Steven,
Michelle Stevens here, Thank you for your response to my question AIM and WE7.5.2. I am limited to either Windows Live messenger or AIM. This is because the National Relay Service has the contract with Microsoft or OAL. So if I want to make calls via the TTY Relay service NRS this is why I cannot use other programmes. I have used shift plus control 1 however I cannot hear the messages clearly enough due to my hearing impairment. I use the Braille display to fill in the gaps I cannot hear, this is why I need to use hearing people to help me with the phone calls. I have a krown Braille TTY, everything is in grade one braille without contractions and this annoys me greatly. How do I slow the messages I get on the Braille display so I can navigate the messages which comes from the relay operator?, Can I make a set where aim reads the messages on the brailleConnect using the hot keys without slowing it down for other programmes? I am not sure if I am making myself understood? Kind regards Michelle Stevens If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
