After reading with interest how to make Wineyes 7.52 read more like the previous version and after checking the box for it to read hiden items, I didn't come on that wineyes.ini file. Full disclosure though, I did a find for that file name with 5 results returned but none seemingly in the place you'd think namely, under the list of icons in the profile seting under the file tab. At this point, while its good to have directions on how to make it read as before, just finding that ini file is the biggest thing. I know someone else asked a similar question but to this point, I'm missing something since at times, I toyed with also going back when some sites read (or didn't read) as they had before the upgrade. Any further steps and-or where in this profile directory to find this suddenly mysterious wineyes.ini? Many thanks up front.
