SuperAntispyware has a free version, and a paid version that gives you more
stuff. It's quite accessible with WE, but they did recently change the
layout so you can't arrow up and down to look at the files it's caught; you
have to use the mouse keys. I also have Malwarebytes, which seems to be
pretty accessible.
