Don,
The first thing we would like you to try is to install the latest Set
files for Office 2003. This can be done from File/Factory Settings in
the Window-Eyes control panel. You will be asked if you want to replace
or merge settings, dictionaries, and so on. To be sure we are working
with identical configurations, please go ahead and replace everything
when asked. You global WE settings such as pitch, rate, punctuation, etc
will not be changed. Once re-installed, restart Word and let us know if
you continue to have problems.
Thanks,
Steve

HiFolks
Running xp, we 7.52, with all updates
When I start we, I hear layout changed. don't know what this means.
outlook express works ok, and I believe everything else, but, with ms word,
office 2003, a normal doc document is acting strange.
I bring up the file and it reads ok, but, when I enter, I don't hear what is on
the screen.
With the mouse, I can get to the info, but, no speech when I up and down arrow.
Should I go to the control panel and reinstall office 2003, or is there an
choice for just word?
Not quite sure what to do.
If I install or should I say reinstall office 2003, I assume I lose all of my
previous configurations.
I need a wise man or woman. (smile)
